If my geography serves me correctly, you are not that far away from the
Nocks in Stockton. I would driver there since as you state, once started it
runs well so just drive over there!

Anyone in the SF Bay Area that can recommend a mechanic
(Pleasanton/Livermore
Area)?

I believe I am having problems with my choke.  When the weather changed
(dipping into the 40's), my car became very difficult to start.  Once
started,
it runs awesome.  From looking at the archives, sounds like I have a choke
problem.  Before I moved, the car would start up immediately (hot or cold).
Must be the Bay Area air.  Thanks.
