[Healeys] Sagging hinges

I need to rebuild the door hinges on my BJ7. Does anybody know any tricks to
getting the pins out? There doesn't seem to be any lock pins but heating in
the home oven and driving the hinge pin with a punch and hammer just makes a
lot of noise. Any suggestions welcomed,
