Don't forget the streamliners and options on the 100M and 100S provided for
extra tall ratios on the diff in the sub-3 range.  I think optional ratios
for the spiral bevel axle were available in the 2.8 : 1 range.  Very good
for high speed runs and long tracks like Le Mans.
