Talk to the regular build-it-yourself race car or hot rod guys and ask to see
one of their spring catalogs. Once you get outside the vintage car movement,
where everything has to come in an old MOWOG box, you'll find that the racing
world orders coil springs by dimension and poundage. All you need to know is
diameter, height, and pounds -- also they're quite cheap.
