Achim,

Confirm that the # 5 plug is firing with it removed from the cylinder head 
and grounded to the block.  Assuming that it is, I'd check the valves (gap 
and lift). If no spark, you could try a resistance test from the 
distributor cap posts to the plug caps. But, I'm no expert ...
