Works the same way in Taxachusetts, er, Massachusetts.  Lots of folks register 
cars in New Hampshire and park 'em in Massachusetts.  Once in a while the 
"border towns" like Lowell crack down and generate a lot of revenue.

Your mileage may vary.............
