[Healeys] re convertible top drain channel

The top rear locating strip was sprayed, the top drain channel was brushed 
on, every BJ8 ive seen (original) has brushmarks and drips, very evident of 
a quick assembly line type of job. And yes it is glossy and smooth  (mostly 
the paint lays down when brushed)
