Not sure if I understand what you are trying to do.
Are you trying to:
A) If input is on output #1 is on, or if input is off, output #2 is on (one
input, two outputs)
Or
B) If input #1 is on, output is on, and/or if output #2 is on then output is
on (two inputs one output)
Or
C) ???

A is no problem, B is only slightly harder, C is in the I have no idea area.
