[Healeys] KingDick Jack Handle

I recently acquired a nice KingDick Jack, but without a handle.  It was
suggested that I have a local fabrication shop make one for me.  Does anyone
have the specifications for a jack handle?  Or does anyone know where I can
find a jack handle?
