Why is no one mentioning the 2 brazed spring clips on the heater pipe mounts
that clip & hold the water temp wire??? 
My clips are original unless they
were added within 2 years after the original owner bought the car{unlikely}.
Guess they changed after 1965 production??? 
Concur with the 2 loops at
firewall.
