May i suggest that the radiator be removed and the coils be replaced
with modern ones and add an extra row. you can use the same top and
bottom.
works in all of my cars.

i just remove three rows and added four in my XK 150 and so far runs
nice and cold with out a fan change.
my BJ8 has had an extra row for 8 years and runs cool even when in
Bakersfield at 113 degrees.
