Can't comment on the quality, but to be fair the original tonneaus weren't
exactly top quality either.

Wait until you have a nice hot sunny summer day and park your car outside.
 Put the tonneau on the cement and let it sit in the midday sun for a good
hour.  After all of this, you will find that the tonneau will be pretty easy
to install.  After you've got the whole thing snapped up, let is sit for a
while and stretch into place in the sun.

Later, drive it inside then button it up again and let it sit overnight in
the cold air.  You may have to do it this way a couple of times, but she'll
eventually take shape and then it should work regardless if whether it's
cold or hot.  the more you can just leave it on the car, the better it will
take shape.
