Yes, that's the Vokes air cleaner.  Similar air cleaners were used on other
big Austins, Bentleys, commercials and the Jag Mk 7/8/9.  It uses a huge
cylindrical filter which is, unfortunately, NLA.

It's actually a pretty nice filter if you could get the elements, it is
designed to completely muffle carburettor hiss.  It is, however, a bit of a
pain to get it off.
