Thats the easy part.  The problem is putting the new ones on and getting the 
piping tilted in the right direction,
and getting as little  glue on you as possible,

Just release the the old stuff carefully at the edges and lift slowly and 
evenly all the way around.  Take
care not to pull too much of the foam off if it is glued down.

You may want to send them to Heritage.  Less pain and tears.
