Not quite, but close, is Wheeler Dealers, on Discover HD Theater. A British car
dealer finds and "restores" classics ranging from Minis to Porsches. Certainly
not to concours standards, but they do a good job of showing some of the work
they go through - including cutting and welding metal and rattle-can painting
pieces. They turn dogs into presentable drivers.
