[Healeys] flat tire

i have new tires and tubes on the BJ8 for a few years now and had a flat the 
other day, putting the spare on for the first time in at least 5 or 6 years.  
found the tube had split about an inch along a seam that goes around the tube.  
first time i have ever seen this.  hjim
