I had a similar problem. Turned out that my chokes were partially frozen so that when I pushed in the choke cable, the choke was not releasing completely, so that the jet was staying too low and the car was running way rich. Car always had a gassy smell until I found and fixed this. Bob Johnson BJ8 |
