No I haven't.
I gave up on rubber block exhaust mounts about 10 years ago.
Now I just use 2 steel chain links (or howver many you need)
Flexible if your exhaust gets pushed up.
Putting rubber above an exhaust is only ever going to lead to regular
replacement. Usually at the most inconvenient time.
