[Healeys] Rubber seal too hard - re

Hi,

I have just recived the special door seals for my BN4 "Longbridge".
Unfortunatly the rubber is very hard cannot even close the door! The "normal
methods did not work on it like WD40, ligzht oil etc. Any ideas how to make
it work?
