Does that come with attachment hardware for installing on my Healey?  And 
where, exactly, does it go?  On the... um ... or the ... uh ...  ?????   It 
must be the front bumper 'cause that's where it is on the (other?) off road 
vehicles.   It must be trouble free in operation because I don't see an 
article about it in Norman's Tech Book.
