Thank you to everyone who replied to my question on oil pump thrust washers.
For those of us who live in a metric world .080 to .085 inch is 2mm.

Can't say that lying on my back under the car installing the oil pump was
very much fun, but it's now done.

Now I have another question on thrust washers. Does the distributor drive
off the camshaft have a thrust washer? It looks as if it should have.
