Chris,

There were a few Reno Red BN4 cars built.

While they are some Heritage Trust Certificates showing Reno Red, there
was some doubt if they actually were Reno Red or if there was a record
keeping error. Cars related to the certificates apparently no longer existed
or
had been restored such that no original paint could be found.

I have a BN4 chassis that was built in October 1956 and the Heritage
Certificate shows it was a Reno Red car. While the car had been repainted (a
BRG with white coves), the Reno Red was clearly the original color as it
remained under number plates on the firewall.

To some of us, Old English White Coves would look great alongside Reno
Red. If the paint samples harmonize with the interior, it would be a great
look.

Best Regards, Bill
