My BT7 definitely has one- definitely stops a lot of flapping and keeps it
tight. There are also about 6 rods which live in pockets on the tonneau
which rest on top of the bar to keep the rear section taut.
I believe you could obtain one from Kilmartins (Australia) or their
resellers throughout the Healey world
