Do everything from under the car. Remove air deflector - it goes in after
grille.

 

>From underneath car, insert grille and attach, leaving lower bolts loose as
necessary for air deflector.

Insert air deflectors and their cross bar. I found it helpful to use u-nuts
on the air deflector upper mounts.

 

Refer to Moss "Inner Body Panels 100-6, 3000" page for these item #s:

Attach fender-well "splash" panels (#10) to body and via struts (#15) to
lower outer grille bolts.

 

Attachment of grille surround pieces is independent of the above.
