Take a look at <http://www.healey6.com> www.healey6.com electrical
subsection on the Technical page on my site for two listings showing the
color code - in color. They say MG but they are BMC and Lucas standard
coding.

Gerry,

The correct chart would be found in the Service Manual under Electrical. As
far as wiring harnesses are concerned I have had good results with British
Wiring out in Pennsylvania. I am sure there are others but they are the ones
I deal with.

I am working on a BN6. One of the projects will to replace the wire
harness. I am presently doing the same with a MGTC. One of the reference
books has a chart with one set of color code and the the one that came with
the new harness has another. Neither one is the correct chart. I want to
avoid this with the AH, has anyone had this problem and if so how do you get
the correct instruction with the harness?
Thanks
Gerry
