On second thought, the A-M book is usually 'asking' $300 or so ... this 
could be just good, old-fashioned gouging by some opportunists.

Reminds me a lot of 'value pricing,' which is a euphemism for 
overpricing something so that the gullible think it must be special and 
'worth it.'
