The early Healeys were hand built, panels hand fit, and only selected suppl=
iers providing the parts to the factory, and many of them didn=E2=80=99t fi=
t.=20
Couple the change in mindset in paragraph one with the changes in the assem=
bly process in paragraph two and we are where you are at now.=20
I have been doing this for 54 years and have had my hands on 100=E2=80=99s =
of Healeys and have given up on the easy way of approaching the repair and =
restoration of these cars and settled on the hard way for these cars being =
the norm.=20
