One screw (CMZ0408) holds the axle to the hub.  Two longer screws 
(CMZ0414) hold the drum to the hub.  There is normally a hole in the 
brake drum that you can tighten the screw holding the axle.  The splined 
adapter is just held on by the five axle studs/nuts.

The screws are 1/4" long and 7/8" long, overall length.
