[Healeys] BN6 Hardtop Assembly

After a delay of many years with it stored in pieces, starting to
reassemble this Healey hardtop. Found a useful article by Roger Moment
online which he rightly describes the task as a bit of a Chinese puzzle.
Right now struggling to slide the liner back into the hardtop shell. No
problem until it sticks and comes up about 6=E2=80=9D short of its destinat=
ion.
Removed the two front pieces of spacer carpeting stuck to the shell and
that helped a bit but it=E2=80=99s now binding on the previously installed =
edge
trim around the door opening. Don=E2=80=99t really want to take them off ag=
ain! Any
suggestions out there?
