That is what I found as well. Someone sent a picture of a unrestored car an=
d it is the same as described.  I know that not all were exactly the same, =
but it seems the p-clip installed may have been the norm.

Looking at the Anderson/Moment book it would appear the the car chosen for =
the photo of the 100 flasher relay has a P clip on the rear top machine scr=
ew..
Several of our used relays have a shadow of the clip evident in the galvani=
zed finish at that location.

I know it seems trivial, but was wondering if there was a P-clip holding th=
e wiring harness on the top machine screw that holds the flasher relay to t=
he inner fender. The same one where the harness is grounded. The concours p=
icture set I have show no P-clip, but my flasher relay shows evidence that =
P-clip was there (fairly original car). I'm making every effort to keep the=
 harness attachments/ routing as original as possible.  Thanks in advance.
