A few years ago there was a brief thread regarding how one might stop oil
oozing out where the bolts go through the three tappet covers on the side of
Big Healey engines.

Someone suggested that Subaru, of all people, made a washer that was exactly
right. And he gave the part number.

I bought a pack of 5 and they work really well.

Latterly, someone else requested the info regarding these washers. Nobody
replied with the info and I could only tell him that I'd lost the little
packet.

I was looking for something else last night when I found them.

If you're still out there and still leaking, they call themselves "Seal
washer, RKR CVR".

The part number is 812764110.
