A webring is for people with a website. There will be a sign (banner)
you can click on to go to other sights that have a similar topic. It
will be helpful as internet surfers will be able to find lots of
websites that have to do with land speed racing. To have it help this
list, you would have to get instructions about joining the list on
someone's website. It will take time, but I bets lots of people will
eventually put a link to join the list.
