There you go again Buckwheat.......You are making the assumption that I or Glen
WANT to fly the damn things....... I thought we had this discussion
before.......
I decided I hated helicopters after I learned they had the glide angle of a
crowbar. I know, I know, any landing you walk away from, etc. etc. but an
auto-rotate landing (?) after the gearbox is blown apart (stuck to the side by
centrifugal force & then thrown out the back like a sack of potatoes) is NOT a
happy day!!! I also learned that it is NOT a good thing when all the panel
lights
turn red....May have had something to do with trying to fly in a typhoon, loaded
down with water buffalos (but that's another story). Anyway, green is good -UP-
red is bad-DOWN (hard). Gravity is NOT just a good thing - it's the law (ask Dan
about those sudden gusts). So, I'll do my traveling on land thank you (or at
least something with wings) As for Glen, he is probably happy in his timing
tower
and has no need or desire to levitate it as it is already the best seat in the
house.
