Hay, Keith:

Unh, why not tie 'em to sticks? What's your modus operandi otherwise?

By the way, I want to thank you again for suggesting that I get a "flamey"
hat from ECTA. I've never had so many comments about the hat I wear, nor
questions about what the heck it is that the cap represents. Thank you very
much. Sure hope I can get a 2 Club hat this year...it'd be even better, and
the flamey design is cool/kewl/quool. I love having to explain it to local
folks. . .

Last week Nancy asked if I was gonna have a magnetic sign made up for the
new pickup I got for a tow vehicle. Gee, I didn't think she cared -- but I
took her idea and ran with it, to the point that now she's asking if I
really want to whore it up that much -- she's seen the plans that the sign
shop has for the truck. Do you think a blue-going-to-white flame job on the
hood and front fenders is okay?

As for the hat: she told me I could have the stroker crank and all of the
other race parts, as long as she got a new sunsuit to wear at the Salt for
the 2002 season. Then she gave me the Carabella catalog with the page bent
over, the items selected, and even the size and color picked out. Unh, how
do I say this without sounding to sexist or guy-oriented or without pissing
off the ladies on the list. . .?

Gentlemen, wait'll you see us this year. You'll like the bike, too. Ladies
on the list: Well, I am a guy, and my wife really likes to catch the rays,
and , oh, the hell with it. See you on the Salt.
