The DLRA blokes have not forgotten you ,Gail or Allen you got a write up in
our quarterly rag ( speed times) have you worn that DLRA jacket in that 65 deg
f heat, you did a job on that lil red sporty ( asalt and battery ha ha ) you
and your mates are welcome any time Gail has donated quite a few items for
our famous auction this year do you know chuck salmen or mary west if so how
they doing
real shame its so costly for you guys to get here or us to bonnie hope to see

Gary, Last year on this day we were in Adelaide working on our race
car. That trip to Australia and the fun we had on the salt, learning to
play cricket, laughing till our sides hurt every day and evening at the
camp. Meeting "animal" and Andy Jenkins. The crew of the 24 car taking a
bed slat and making me a cricket bat. Geoff Rea pin striping it and
every one signing it. We have some very great and warm memories of the
people we met. We are going to make at least one more racing trip down
there for sure. So tell guys they haven't see the last of the crazy
yanks with the red sprite. Good luck to you and tell any one that cares,
we sure had fun last year.
