ECTA tech guys. What is the reasoning behind not using a drag race rear tire at
Maxton? The surface seems suitable and they have been run to over 330 mph in TF
cars. At 200 mph the 'extra' time that they are used for 1 mile compared to 1/4
miles seems as though it would be only seconds more. It does seem as though the
high hp cars would be able to hook up better and actually treat it like it is, a
1 mile drag race.
