I don't know if this is appropriate but I was wondering if anyone who
was planning to attend the April 27-28 race at Maxton would be willing to
lend me a spare 10 lb. bottle of nitrous which I of course would pay for the
nitrous. Up here a new bottle is $400 and used ones go for $200, and I am
tapped out completely. I hate begging but the alternative, which we did last
year ,was to drive like Hell to get to a guys farm about 75 miles away who
sold nitrouds on the Saturday night before he left for the night.I have two
bottles which gets me 6 runs but I can usually get 10 runs in on the
weekend.As I started with I don't know if this really polite but if it isn't
someone set me straight. P.S. There could be a case of Canadian beer in it
for anyone who goes out of their way.
