Dick; Of course I use points and coil. I had a MSD on one car and it went
belly-up at Speedweek so I went into town and bought a coil, stuck in the
stock distributor and ran it. Worked great. Of course now I like my twin 4
cylinder distributor for the two coils and very long dwell but I understand
that if I run the Vega I can't use that ignition. I have run Vertex also and
saw no reason to continue. Rich Fox

has everybody except me gone to Multiple Spark Discharge, HEI or other
cosmic 21st century stuff like flywheel triggered, etc.? I did cop out and
got a Mallroy unilite distributor (no points), and a coil that doesn't look
like a beer can, but thus far, that's as hi-tech as I've been able to bring
myself.
