Next question - How about the permanent mount pull out
awnings attached to the side of the trailer? Like the
ones used on travel trailers/RV's? We're considering
getting one or two. How well do they hold up out
there? Any known issues?

I don't have any experience with the motorhome pull out deal. I have seen
people running to roll them up when the weather hits. If you get a leg bent
they are pretty much done, won't function properly anymore.
