If anybody is affected by the new rule changes for Modified Frame and Special Construction bikes, please get in touch with me. Special Construction: 1. Rear wheel drive only. 2. Wheelbase must be at least 60" for 0-250cc, and 68" over 250cc. 3. Seat height can be no higher than the top of the rear tire with rider aboard.
