Glen: when were the books avalible for mailing? The nonmembers seemed to
have gotten their books much sooner than BNI members who recived the
Speedweek stuff in the tube. Is this the only way the mailing can be done? I
don't think anyone is complianing about when the book was avalable from the
printer. Only about when they recived the books, if indeed they have recived
the books yet.
Of course there are some changes to the bike rules that require new leathers
or altered rear fenders that effect the bike riders only, and it follows
that the bike riders would be the people most interested in seeing the rules
in print. That way they have time to comply with changes that effect them.
