Guys I've gotta tell you... Bob has been coming to Maxton for years... mostly
with some little semi interesting half race car... two stroke whatever... (
while cool it was a lot like a race car only smaller )...
So he Finally debuts this little thing he's been building up in New York... a
Prism? oh no wait... an "Insight".... car number 343... it is ABSOLUTELY a
brilliant choice ( especially if you like fish heads and RICE ) The
fabrication on the car is exceptional and the Motor again while interesting
has it's own issues... ( I think the Aussies would call it a leg out of bed
)... something bout the Rod hang'in out of the block or something.... So
Battle Bob... and crew ( think MOSTLY crew ) snatch the little poo poo engine
out and hang a new bullet... right there in the pits... ( it would remind you
of working on your mom's sewing machine )( only smaller )
BOB... seriously brilliant car... easy to tech... and a perfect choice for the
class... I'm really looking forward to how it runs at Bonneville...
Outstanding first event for the car and crew... we were all proud to applaud
as you passed registration.... Standing ovation as I recall ( course there
weren't many chairs to sit in so what was our choice? )
We were all impressed... you won the respect of your peers in spades... cool
