Hi Folks,

first of all,

also the guys in England are cooking with water.

And by the way,

at first the car looks very impressive, on the second view I can see something
which is not the real best solution.

If you look on the measurements you will see that this is a very huge and heavy
car, the aerodynamic is not so perfect as it could be, as a example, the nose
is not right and will be a aerodynamic trouble maker, the rear end is a
turbulence producer, hope they pack some Vortex in there boxes to correct this
on the salt. The air intake for the rear engine, a nightmare.

The computer airflow show this problem with the air intake, the real version is
more worse.

The problem is, that Ron Ayers, I have to say that he was brilliant in his job
he done over the years - I know him personetly very well, is a missle designer.
So as he done some mistakes in the Thrust SSC, due to this that he miss a
little bit the expierence for jet engines and ground based vehicle, he also
used here all the expierence on a flying body.

But which car at the salt is perfect.

Hope that I can meet Ron again at the salt in August, that I can discuss with
him, why he comes to which solution. I'm sure this will be again a wonderful
talk so as I got with him at the Black Rock playa.

See ya

Pork Pie
