SpeedWeek program photos

I emailed to the SCTA office and didn't get a response yet -- and  
need to mail our entry forms within a week, so I'll ask you folks:

Can we submit photos electronically -- by emailing them to (someone?)  
-- or must they be sent on paper?

Last year I sent 'em electronically, but now I don't remember to whom  
I sent them.  Do you know where they should go?
