I assume 'tis the cylinders you plan to sleeve rather than the pistons?!
Mike Dowley at Sports & Vintage Motors in the UK has sleeves in stock but
you might want to check your local Chevvy supply house. I've forgotten the
model now but there used to be a Chevvy size that was a direct replacement
for MMM M.G.'s with 57 mm bores.
