Some adaptors have provision for an oil cooler hookup. I put one on my
vintage racer but since I don't have a cooler yet, I just ran a loop
line. (I could have pluged the hole as well but the line was easier.)
Also, on mine the filter sets far enough back (due to the cooler adaptor)
that I need a special wrench to remove the filetre as there isn't enough
clearance.
