To all T owners
As we progress to the end of the milium, those of that drive MGs can take hart
that at least we are driving cars that are Y2K compliant. While those driving
their modern cars, mini vans and Stupid, Useless Vehicles are sitting on the
side of the road with their on board computers saying that they are 98 years
overdue for maintenance and those with their luxury cars are sliding down the
road on their sills and floor pans amidst a shower of sparks because their
computer controlled active suspension have their wheels tucked solidly into the
wheel wells we will be happily motoring onward (at least those of us in the
milder climes will be). We can raise a toast to Morris Garages, British Motors,
British Leland, Skinners Union and Lucas Electric and a firmly raised middle
digit of the right hand to the Y2K bug - think about it. Here is wishing
everyone who enjoys their LBCs a
happy and prosperous New Year.
