"The T Series Handbook", Work Shop Edition

Hello:

I understand that the NEMGTR's Work Shop Edition has flat rate
tables in it listing the time for doing certain work.  I already
have the glue bound second edition (silver cover), and the third
edition (1989 with a red TC on the cover), and really don't want
to buy another copy just to get these time tables in the 1991
Workshop Edition.

Anybody willing to copy and send them to me?  I will pay the
cost(s).
