I'm reconstructing the Victor as the various parts return from the shop.
I have a question about the louvered vent panels that bolt to the engine
compartment side covers. The louvered areas are offset very slightly to
one side.
1. Which side of the engine compartment side covers do these panels
affix to? Outside or inside?
2. Which way do the offsets go when in place? Outside or inside?
3. Do these normally mount with gaskets of some sort?
