Rover V-8 front pulley bolt

I was half heartedly trying to remove the front pulley
bolt on my Rover 3.9 (on of those "I've to to do it
eventually, I'll try it now" things).  It wouldn't budge.
Is it reverse threaded, or just put on with monster 
torque?

Also, I've got parts sources, but does anyone on the
list have a TR-8/SD1 bellhousing they'd sell reasonably?
